If you see the above message at the top of your Employees list in Xero Payroll, you need to run the conversion to change leave into days and weeks, which is the current legislation and also defines your employment types. Be sure to let your staff know first as the leave on their payslips will convert too and it will look like they have lost hours e.g. 40 hours of leave will convert to 1 week.
